FTX.US offers bank transfers (ACH) as a reliable way to deposit and withdraw funds through your FTX.US account. Bank transfers are processed directly from your bank account into your FTX.US account. Note: Deposits or withdrawals made through ACH/Bank Transfers usually take 3-5 business days to process and may take longer.
See below for common questions related to depositing USD with ACH:
How long does it take to receive my deposit?
The average processing time is 3-5 business days. This means that once you submit your deposit, the funds will not arrive in your FTX.US account for at least 3-5 business days. This process can be delayed due to bank holidays, weekends or other reasons. Please email support@ftx.us if your funds have not arrived after 5 business days.
How long does it take to receive my withdrawal?
We don't currently offer ACH withdrawals but you can still withdraw USD/fiat via wire transfer. See Fiat Deposits and Withdrawals for more information.
How do I make an ACH deposit?
Please see here for a step-by-step guide on how to deposit funds from your bank account to FTX.US.
How do I make an ACH Withdrawal?
We do not currently offer Bank Transfer/ACH withdrawals.
Are there any limits using ACH?
The maximum deposit is $5,000 per day.
What are the fees?
FTX.US does not charge any fees for ACH deposits.
The money is no longer in my bank account and also isn't in my FTX.US account?
This means that the funds are still processing. The normal 3-5 business day processing time is for the transfer and clearing of funds from your bank account to our payment provider and to your FTX.US account.
Does the name on my FTX.US account need to match my bank account?
Yes (FTX.US does not allow 3rd party deposits or withdrawals). This means that the name on the bank account must match the name on your FTX.US account. Deposits or withdrawals from 3rd parties will be rejected and this will cause delays.
